Arrigo Group is part of a group of companies namely Arrigo Group of Hotels/Osborne Catering/ Villa Arrigo Group Limited. The companies are owners of : Plaza Hotel/Osborne Hotel/Plaza Regency Hotel.

Mrs C Arrigo - Chairperson of above companies also has a construction organization within Arrigo Group of Companies with a large number of properties situated in the best areas in Malta.

Osborne Catering is the largest catering establishment in Malta, catering for most Government state lunches, a vast amount of Maltese weddings and caterers for the Catamaran which operates between Malta and Italy.

Villa Arrigo Limited - owns large villas namely : Villa Anna Theresa and Villa Arrigo and has exclusivity on Palazzo Parisio. These villas are used for overseas and local customers organizing conferences, local weddings and Government (State) parties.

Arrigo Group Limited are also General Sales Agents for Carnival Cruises and Turkish Airlines with an outgoing department organizing individual and group travel to all major cities.

Conference and Incentives

Arrigo Group Limited has, through the years, been appointed by various overseas business houses and tour operators, to organize their groups' stay in Malta.

Matkapiste of Finland continuously send Incentive Groups and these consist of : Lawyers ; Engineers ; Doctors of Medicine etc... These groups visit places of interest in accordance with their profession, such as hospitals and power stations.

Gulitours / Kian / Ghoughous : Had organized their cultural/religious conference in Malta, which exceeded 300 persons, this had involved accommodation, transfers, dinners etc...

GIC Travel Inc of Northern America : Had organized the Insurance Pilot Group in 1987 and the Bristol-Myers Squibb in 1993. These two events required whatever one can imagine for an Incentive stay. It involved 5-Star accommodation ; limousine transfers on arrival and departure ; dinners ; lunches in the best restaurants ; full day cruise on 4 / 5 private yachts. An orchestral evening by the Manoel Theatre Orchestra under Maestro Sammut was set at the Valletta Yacht Club where the fully carpeted stage had to be set up with all lighting effects and later dinner was hosted, overlooking the harbour. Clients reached the yacht centre by Maltese Daghjsas from and to Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza.

Gala Dinners were organized in our Villas, where folklore dancing and music by the Orchestra's guitars, welcomed all clients.

In 1989 the Government appointed Arrigo Group to organize the UNDP conference in Malta. For ease of reference please see letter of appreciation Arrigo Group received from Mr Gary David the Chief, Programme Support Division Regional Bureau for Arab States and European Programme.

In 1989, as well, Arrigo Group also received a letter of thanks from the then President of the United States of America Mr George Bush, for the hard work and helpful support given for the President's visit. For ease of reference see letter from the White House.

Our Groups Department is in continuous approach with all 4-Star and 5-Star Hotels in Malta and Gozo, as Arrigo Group has frequent Incentive Groups. We have to mention the weekly groups that Arrigo Group handles through TUI Studienreisen of Germany and OAD Reisen of Holland. These involve same organization on a smaller scale as these are groups of 35 to 50 clients per group - Arrigo Group's motto is to give best possible performance
